Ship with support for freeRADIUS SP log files

We should ship with built in support for freeRADIUS as an SP.

Complex as it's the same log file as the freeRADIUS IdP.

Initial thought is that the following would be correct:

for each line:
local user / local client = IdP & SP
local user / remote client = IdP
remote user / local client = SP
remote / remote = not in log file
