Mysql issues

Reported by: k1213647@… Owned by: Phil Smart
Priority: major Milestone:
Component: Raptor MUA Version: v1.1.4
Keywords: Cc: augusto.ribeiro@…

We are installing for the first time raptor at KCL.
We imported the data from Ez proxy and all was good. After that we imported the data from Shibboleath and the problem is that after importing around 1 year of events into the server the MUA service keeps sending count(*) queries to the server that create huge temporary table files (15Gb).
I was able to look at those and that most of them do a count by adding the events of all event service tables with a union all query.
I applied the change in the configuration file to do selective counts
<property name="optimiseCountQueries"><value>true</value></property> but it keeps doing the same thing.
I installed it on a fairly good desktop double Xeon Quad with 8 Gb memory running MS windows 7 and left it running over this past mini-holiday and it did not stop. I only had the MUA service up. All other services are down. It did not stop creating the huge queries.

I have no idea of what's going on and was wondering if you could give me some hints on what to do?
I've attached the MUA's latest log a the Mysql slow query log.
