Description

As the RPM needs to be non-interactive, we can't do the setup steps that we want to do with the MSI installer. We should have a single configure script for each of the ICA,MUA, and Web for users to run that performs the same things - asking the user for metadata and MUA information, and putting it into the config files for them.
